Investment beginning at $2,000

A lot of wonderful people made our wedding day possible, but Sarah stood out among them. She was a true professional from start to finish and it was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. After getting engaged, I was so stressed out with the thought of having to plan a wedding, as I had no idea where to even start. Sarah was on my side throughout the entire wedding process by checking in with me each month and ensuring we were on track with the planning timeline. A month prior to the wedding, Sarah took over with organizing all the small details for the day with our vendors and venue. Prior to the wedding, a full agenda of the day was provided to us that explained in great detail who needs to be where and when.

During the day itself, we didn't need to worry about anything. g and her team handled everything with the venue, vendors, and kept us on track with the agenda. Sarah helped give us the most perfect wedding day. I am so grateful we found Ivy Roads Weddings + Events. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to any bride and groom planning their wedding.

 frequently asked questions

  • Just one! This way we can solely focus on you and your day.

  • Yes! A Venue coordinator represents the venue not you as a couple. A wedding planner like myself will be focused on all elements of your wedding day, not just the time taking place at the wedding venue. Your venue coordinator won’t be calling your florist to confirm the drop off and set up time, but we will be!

  • It’s never too soon to build your vendor dream team. A coordinator should be one of the first vendors you book!

  • Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a “day-of coordinator”. There is no way to be fully prepared to successfully execute your wedding day without preparing with you and your vendors well in advance. To ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible we get involved at least a month out.

  • Yes, we do and would be a happy to provide a copy upon request.

  • Once we receive your initial inquiry, we will send over additional information and schedule a consultation so we can get to know you as a couple and learn exactly how we can meet your wedding planning needs. If you decide you would like to move forward, we’ll send out a contract. After it is signed and we received a 50% retainer fee, the planning process will be in full swing!

  • All of our packages offer unlimited communication no matter when you book. Some coordinators like to hold off communicating till about 4-6 weeks prior to your big day. That isn’t very beneficial to you or us. The open line of communication allows us to build upon our working relationship and helps us create the very best experience for you.

  • Take a few minutes with your new spouse to drink it all in, whether it be a private dinner or a last dance with just the two of you. The day will go by so fast!
